Kisa was born and raised in a dysfunctional military family in Colorado Springs. Her parents split up when she was just a child and all she really knows of her father is that the child support stopped when she turned 18. She recently found out that she has a baby brother from her father's side but has no siblings from her dad's side. She gets her wolf half from her dad and her shapeshifter half from her father.Kisa grew up as one of the guys pretty much. She considered herself a Tom-boyish girl before realizing who she really was and had never really had a stereotypical girly feminine side. While most girls were getting their hair and nails done, she'd rather be outside with the guys playing full contact football. She does, on extremely rare occasions, wear cutsie things like dresses and skirts when she feels like it but she is most comfortable in a pair of Jeans and a loosely fitted t-shirt or an oversized hoodie. She loves to spar and rough house around and can be very competitive too so she HATES to lose or be out done. However, she's smart enough to know when to admit defeat, even if it stings her right in the pride.Leaving Colorado was one of the hardest things Kisa had ever done. Her dad was her rock and she didn't want to be one of those kids that just up and left when she was old enough but it was because of her Dad that she did leave. He wanted Kisa to get out and not be confined to just what she was used to plus a scholarship to one of the best schools New York had to offer was waiting on her. It was a bittersweet departure but finally she pulled away from their last hug and waved to him as she made her way through the terminal.A new chapter of her life was about to unfold and she was more than ready to take on whatever challenges came her way.
